This policy explains what we collect when you shop with Hichki (Vandana's Kitchen), and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can make and deliver your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage data — basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, through standard analytics and cookies.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, send order updates, respond when you contact us, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional news about new batches. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to complete your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment gateway (Razorpay), and our courier partner (Shiprocket and the delivery companies it works with). Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@hichki.co.in. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
