Shipping policy

Every jar of Hichki is made in small batches and packed by hand. Here's how it reaches you.

Where we ship: Across India, wherever our courier partner delivers. If your pincode isn't serviceable at checkout, write to hello@hichki.co.in and we'll try to arrange it.

Dispatch time: Because we cook to order, orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During festival weeks this can run a little longer, and we'll let you know if it does.

Delivery time: Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders above ₹599. A flat ₹80 applies to orders below ₹599.

Cash on Delivery: Available on eligible orders and pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
