Every jar of Hichki is made in small batches and packed by hand. Here's how it reaches you.
Where we ship
We ship across India, wherever our courier partner delivers. If your pincode isn't serviceable at checkout, write to us at hello@hichki.co.in and we'll try to arrange it.
Dispatch time
Because we cook to order and don't keep large stock sitting on a shelf, orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During festival weeks this can run a little longer, and we'll let you know if it does.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
- A flat ₹80 applies to orders below ₹599.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible orders and pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Packaging
Our jars are glass, so we pack them to travel — each jar is sealed, wrapped and cushioned. If anything reaches you damaged or leaking, we'll make it right; see our Returns & Refunds page.
