Products
Everything is handmade in small batches, so slight variation in colour, texture and taste between batches is normal — a sign the food is real, not machine-made. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or via Cash on Delivery where available. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
Orders
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, if there's an error in price or description, or if we can't deliver to your location. If we cancel a paid order, you'll be refunded in full.
Food safety
Please read the ingredients and allergen information on every jar. Store as directed — cool, dry place, clean dry spoon — and use within the best-before period. Once a jar has been opened and stored by you, its condition is in your hands.
Liability
We take great care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
